Musician
received his first musical education at the age of six by learning the trumpet, which he later extended by learning to play the trombone. After finishing school he began studying musical pedagogy (with major trombone) at the conservatory Detmold under the supervision of Detlef Reimers. In 2006 he switched to Michael Junghans at the conservatory Cologne. As a member of the “Jugend-Jazz-Orchester NRW” (Youth Jazz Orchestra Northrhine Westfalia) and the “Landesjugendorchester NRW” (???) he contributed to multiple disc recordings and toured around Europe and East Asia during multiple concert tours. He gained even more experience as a cofounder of the “NRW-Brass” ensemble and various productions at the Cologne Opera.
