Born in Tel-Aviv, June 28th,1985, begun his piano studies at the age of six with Mrs. Neta Yahel at the Giv'ataym Conservatory. He completed his first musical studies there,at the Tel-Aviv School of Arts and Thelma Yellin High School for Arts. From 1999 studied piano with Prof. Emanuel Krasovsky and in 2003 he joined his class at the Rubin Academy of Music, Tel-Aviv University. In 2006 studies at the "Hochschule für musik Hanns Eisler" Berlin. First in the class of Prof. Michael Endres and since 2010 with Mr. Henri Sigfridsson. Daniel Seroussi participated in various mastercourses in Israel and in Europe. There he received guidance of world known artists such as Dmitry Bashkirov, Paul Badura-Skoda, John O'Connor, Jacob Lateiner, Georg Sava and Martino Tirimo. As a passionate chamber musician, participated in the chamber music activities run by the Jerusalem Music Centre and was chosen, as a part of a special delegation of the music academy "Hanns Eisler", to perform several chamber music concerts in New-York. In Februar 2009, together with the violinist Stefan Hempel, won the second prize (first prize was not awarded) in the duo competition "Schubert and modern music", held in Graz. Daniel Seroussi played recitals in various venues in Europe, North and South America and Israel, participated in Festivals in Santander, Spain and Ushuaia, Argentina, and had concerto appearances with several Orchestras including the Israel Symphony Orchestra Rishon Lezion and the Moscow Symphony Orchestra. Winner of the second prize in “Katz” piano competition of the Buchmann-Mehta Music school, 2006 and third prize in the Concerto Competition at the Tel-Hai International Piano Masterclasses held in Israel in 2003. In 2008 won a special prize of the DAAD, given to an outstanding foreign student at the "Hanns Eisler" music academy.
